The Individual Development programming area is all about developing the member, both personally and professionally. Serving the community with projects from Easter Egg Hunts to fundraisers.

This is the behind the scenes events, from Strategic Planning to Public Relations. Provides involvement on the Local, State, National and International level with projects designed for a large impact.
