The Lake Elmo Jaycees are a leadership development organization for young people between the ages of 18 and 40. We support the city of Lake Elmo and the surrounding area by giving our time to run community projects and raising funds to support these projects. We also organize the Lake Elmo city celebration known as Huff-N-Puff, which generally runs the second weekend in August. Our members gain experience in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections through managing the projects run by the organization
